Christina is Chief Executive of the strategic human resources consultancy, Business Solutions www.BSol.co.uk Christina advises clients, ranging from entrepreneurs to multinationals, on designing organizations and developing people to succeed. She has lectured in business schools and held a range of executive and non-executive board roles in the public and private sectors. Her roles as an executive director have spanned personnel, marketing, and strategic planning, including mergers and acquisitions.

Christina has been engaged as a speaker on business planning and human resource strategy and as a coach to chief executives and directors leading organizational change. She is author of several DK books; Appraising Staff, Dealing with Difficult People and Managing Your Boss and one of the authors of DK's Successful Manager's Handbook.
