Tom Kime
Tom Kime has worked as a chef in some of the most famous restaurants in London and Sydney. He found his love of food as a professional chef at the world-renowned River Café (where he worked alongside Jamie Oliver) and trained with such celebrated chefs as Rick Stein in England and David Thompson in Australia. Tom opened the acclaimed London restaurant Food at the Muse, in Notting Hill, and has cooked for a clientele that includes celebrities such as Mick Jagger, Sam Neill, and Kirsten Dunst. Most recently, he has been the executive chef at the Fortina Spa Resort on the island of Malta and is currently expanding his work internationally. Tom’s first book, Balancing Flavors East & West (2006), was nominated by the International Association of Culinary Professionals for the Best Chef/Restaurant award of 2006. His second book, Street Food, was published in 2007.
