Matzoh brei

Matzoh brei (pronounced MAHT-zoh BRY) is a fun-to-eat breakfast. It’s a lot like traditional French toast, only it’s made with matzoh instead of bread.

“We wait all year to eat matzoh brei! We like it for an easy lunch or dinner. After the heavy meals of the seder, it is good to eat lighter foods for the rest of the week of Passover.”
-Rabbi Ozur Bass
